On every computer Aerorock supports we turn the F8 button into a “Help Me” hotkey. So when this pops up on your screen:
All you need to do is hit F8 to send us a short message which goes straight through to our support team.
The Aerorock support team receives your message with an attached screenshot enabling us to instantly understand the problem.
This allows us to respond quickly and provide you with the necessary advice or direct assistance to keep your day ticking along as smoothly as possible.
In many cases we can fix the issue from behind the scenes with almost no interference or, if the issue isn’t critical, we can arrange to sort it after business hours in order to minimize disruption.
So is it really any surprise that the majority of our customers use F8 as their primary means of contacting Aerorock support? After all, they know that help is just a button click away.
