Approach
The approach utilises brainstorming techniques and small groups to ensure active engagement by participants. They will discuss the recent changes in how businesses are doing business, review a case study of a small NZ business and apply the knowledge learnt throughout the workshop to suggest technology improvements and the business benefits. In addition, participants will review their Digital Journey assessment and identify, validate and breakdown the top three actions to complete to start their Digital Assessment Action Plan.
Objectives
- Share experiences of success and concerns within their businesses and industries
- Review the pace of change and how technology, online services and fast broadband is impacting business
- Participate in changing a business model using technology improvements
- Learn what they can do today to maximise the opportunities
- Take away their own action plan based on Digital Journeys
Prerequisites
Participants must have completed their Digital Journey assessment (www.digitaljourney.co.nz) and bring it along to the workshop in either hardcopy or electronic format.
Duration
This is a one day workshop.
Group Size
The workshop will have a minimum number of 8 participants and a maximum of 16.
Cost
Public session: $300.00 + GST per participant
At your Company: $1,200.00 + GST (up to 12 participants)
